A buying a property on the Costa Blanca while you still live in your home country? Then you need someone to get started on your behalf here on the ground.
I am your Personal Property Finder on the Costa Blanca, specialising in Dénia, Jávea and Moraira.
Acting on your behalf as the buyer, I actively search for suitable properties above €800,000 and bring buyers and sellers together. I utilise my network of local estate agents in the region and filter the available listings to find what truly suits you.
Google Earth is handy, but it does not show you what a street in Dénia really looks like today - I do, because I am already there.
What I do for you
1. Getting to know you & discussing your wishes
We start with an informal meeting to see if there is a click. Together, we discuss what you are looking for, what you absolutely do not want and what your budget is.
2. Weekly property selection
I actively search the network of local estate agents and portals. You will receive Personal proposals (subject to availability), carefully selected based on your living wishes.
No automated emails, but custom work.
3. Arranging viewings
Are you in Spain? Then I'll plan everything for you. Not here yet? Then I will visit the property for you and let you have a look via video or livestream.
4. Support during purchase
I will help you with the bidding strategy and put you in touch with reliable specialists for legal, financial and tax matters, the notary, NIE application and banking.
Because I work with a limited number of clients at a time, you get my full attention. No rush job or number, but personal support from A to Z. You stay relaxed in your home country (or are already relaxing on the beach) - I'll take care of it here in Spain.

Start-up + commission on purchase
- Properties above €800,000
- £950 start-up and search costs, excluding VAT, payable in advance
- 4 months manual supply 3-5 properties per week depending on availability
If the selling estate agent does not share any commission, the fee is 1.51% upon successful purchase of the property
You pay the commission only upon transfer at the notary.
All amounts are excluding 21% VAT (IVA).

Option 1 – Start-up + commission on purchase

1% commission on successful purchase (minimum €2,500)

Option 2 – Fixed all-inclusive fee
€3,950, payable in advance

- Extension after 4 months is possible from €250 per month.
